George Is Batting 0 for 3

Despite what the Bush administration says, we are not winning his war in Afghanistan. I know it seems like a long time ago that American troops first attacked Afghanistan in George Bush's try to get a hold of Osama bin Laden, but we are still there, and still trying to find him.

Every year since 2001, when we first attacked, we have been losing more troops. In 2001, it was 12 killed in combat, in 2002, it was 43 dead, and in 2003, it was 44 KIA. Then in 2004, we lost another 52, and so far this year the number of American troops killed in Afghanistan, is 74. That totals out to, 225 Americans dead. We have no number for Americans wounded over there, because Washington keeps that number to itself.

Every year George Bush uses Afghanistan as a sermon on how well his War on Terrorism is going, and every year, more Americans are killed there. Oh yes, Osama bin Laden is still on the loose there too.

I know, you have heard about "democratic elections," and yes, Afghanistan did have them, but there was only one candidate with American help, and he is now the token President of Afghanistan. But that is misleading, because this puppet government we set up only controls the capital city of Kabul and a small area around the city. The rest of the country is controlled by the same War Lords, who were in charge before we attacked.

In Iraq, it seems like more Americans are getting killed every day, and they are getting killed in unarmored vehicles. These are the vehicles that Washington keeps telling us, will get "armored up." American troops and their families are still buying the equipment they need to keep them safer, because Washington and George Bush can not seem to get the supplies needed to the troops. 1,864 American troops have been killed in Iraq, so far. 13,877 of our troops have been wounded over there, and both numbers are added to almost every day.

Here at home, George is losing in the polls, and his Army is losing at the recruitment office.

George has yet to win even one victory, and his chances of winning any are very small. He really can't win in Afghanistan until he gets rid of the War Lords, their opium and heroin businesses, and has real open and fair elections for a national government.

Who knows what will happen in Iraq? It could be civil war while we are still there or that war could wait until we leave, either way, many more Americans are going to be killed and wounded.

Here at home, George is facing a new anti-war movement. This is now a movement with a spokeswoman, Cindy Sheehan, who has a message that many Americans are taking to heart. Sheehan wants to know what cause her son died for in Iraq. Now millions of Americans are asking that same question, why, and what for, are American troops getting killed and wounded in Iraq?

George know the question, he just has no answer. George has yet to get a hit, and it looks more and more like a "strike out," for the President.
