I'm Sorry Barack, But You Are Just Going To Have To Wait

Barack Obama wants to get in that oval office so badly that he can't wait until January. Every time he gives a interview or press conference, Mr. Obama is standing at a podium with a sign in front of it that says, "Office of President-Elect."

Well, the truth is that there is no legal office for the President-elect, and there never has been one. This is something that Obama and his people have thought up, so he can seem more presidential.

Today, tomorrow, and for the next couple of months, George Bush will still be our President, and his people will be calling the shots. Maybe you and I think the White House is doing a terrible job with our economy, but having Barack Obama out there telling us what he would do if he could, really doesn't help anything at all.

So, maybe it would be best if Mr. Obama, (I call him mister because he decided to stop being a Senator, and become a pretend president) started working with what ever team he decides on in silence.

Yes, Mr. Obama will become our president, and then he won't have to role-play any more. He can call the shots, and he can try and get Congress to go along with his ideas. Right now, Congress is, believe it or not, following President George Bush's lead.

As soon as Obama takes the Oath of Office with his hand on the Bible, he can say, "Stop everything! I'm in charge now."
