"I'm not upset that you lied to me, I'm upset that from now on I can't believe you."
— Friedrich Nietzsche

Bill Clinton lied about having sex with "that woman". George Bush lied us into a war in Iraq, Barack Obama lied about us keeping our doctors and any insurance policy we liked. That first George Bust lied when he said that "read my lips" thing about not raising taxes.

Of course who can forget Ronald Reagan telling us how money trickles down from the rich to the rest of us. Somebody must have dammed up that stream of money quite a while ago. And now, all the talk is about LBJ being the one that had Kennedy bumped off. And Kennedy, I'm sick of hearing about JFK and his Sainthood—with his bringing Marilyn Monroe and some mobster's girlfriend into the White House when Jackie was away or even when she was there.

I'm not even going to start into the whoppers that our Congressmen and women tell on a regular basis, but needless to say trusting our politicians is getting harder and harder. It is hard to explain to your son or daughter that what the President says or what this Senator or that Congressman says is not always true, and that they will have to research what they say if they want to know if it is true or not. Trust, but verify is a sad thing to introduce them to.

Bill Clinton helped kill over 500,000 Iraqi children, yes, he did; and his own Secretary of State, Madeline Albright admitted to those killings to Leslie Stahl on the 60 Minutes TV show. George Bush helped kill thousands of children in Iraq and Afghanistan, while Barack Obama has helped killed at least hundreds of children in Pakistan, Yemen, and Afghanistan. One interesting difference is that Barack Obama has bragged about how good he is at killing. Now that is sick!

It just galls me that our politicians still claim that terrorists hate us because of our freedom. I think that is a lie. I have always thought that for every child we have killed in the Middle East, there are parents, siblings, aunts, uncles, and grandparents who will hate us until the day they die. You kill one of my kids, and I'll come after you, and if that is not possible I'll help whoever else wants to come after you.

I'm just sure that if some mud hut farmer in Iraq hears a knock on his door by some terrorists looking for food or a place to hide, and that mud hut farmer's son or daughter was killed by the American government, or some relative of theirs was, they will do whatever they can to help that terrorist. I can't really say I blame them either. I would do the same if I were in their position.

So, our last three Presidents, have all been child killers, and all three have won two terms in office. That means that at the end of Barack Obama's second term, the United States of America will have been led by child killers for 24 years straight.

Now, I love my country, and it pains me to write about having child killers as my President, but it is the truth, and we have to quit electing people who will kill children. Please keep in mind, I know from personal experience in combat that children can get killed without trying to kill them. But when we kill children by the hundreds or thousands or tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands, something is terribly wrong with any moral compass that we claim to follow.

All of these past three Presidents claim to be Christians and followers of Jesus Christ, and there is that one commandment from God that says Thou Shalt Not Kill. And that does seems pretty easy to interpret. Also, I seem to remember Jesus telling us about having a mill stone hung around our neck if we harm children. So we, the "Christian" nation know the rules, we just choose not to follow them.

We may be tempted to think that it is just these presidents who will have to answer to God for what they have done. But after 24 years of our country killing children in the Middle East (don't forget ten years of massive killings in Vietnam) just maybe, we all have something to answer for when we meet our maker.

Remember, we have been in an almost constant state of war since 1941 someplace on this globe, and there is no other country that can say that—just us. We have a war economy. We make our money, or I should say many of us make our money because of our wars. That's going to be a hard one to explain.

It isn't just the Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and Marines who do the killing, it is also the men and women who make the guns, the bombs, the tanks, the planes, the uniforms, and boots, and bullets, and hand grenades, and ships and radar, and cots, and tents and medals, and meals, and on and on and on.

Like it or not, America is a warrior society and we have been for generations. It is hard to trust a government that is willing to get its way by killing children. We are led by men willing to kill children.

Now tell me, how the heck do you trust a child killer?
